Test site notice
CleanQuote is currently a test site that is not fully live. Business compliance, DBA registration, and related functionality are still being configured. This site is not subject to or bound by any legal obligations at this time. By using this site you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your use and understand that it is provided on a test basis only.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using CleanQuote you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and you acknowledge that this is a test site. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the calculator
The calculator provides estimates based on inputs you supply. Results are informational and are not a binding quote or guarantee of price. Actual job scope and pricing may vary depending on on-site conditions.
Accounts
When you create an account you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully and not to engage in abuse, fraud, or unauthorized data collection. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid features & billing
Paid features are not currently active during the test period. When billing is enabled, payment processing will be handled by Stripe. There is no refund policy at this time. If you wish to deactivate your account, email trycleanquote@gmail.com.
Intellectual property
All content, design, and code comprising CleanQuote are owned by CleanQuote or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without prior written permission.
Advertising
Public pages on this site may display third-party advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Ad content is not endorsed by CleanQuote and is subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.
Limitation of liability
CleanQuote is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanQuote and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
