CleanQuote is currently a test site that is not fully live. Business compliance, DBA registration, and related functionality are still being configured. This site is not subject to or bound by any legal obligations at this time. By using this site you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your use and understand that it is provided on a test basis only.
What we collect
CleanQuote collects the minimum information necessary to provide the service:
- Quote inputs you enter into the calculator (processed in the browser; not stored unless you save).
- Account email and authentication identifiers when you create an account.
- Saved quotes, pricing profile settings, and subscription status for signed-in users.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and reliability.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the CleanQuote service.
- To process subscriptions and manage billing through Stripe.
- To send transactional emails related to your account (e.g. password reset).
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies & local storage
We use cookies for session authentication and security. We may also store lightweight preferences in local storage to improve usability. Third-party advertising partners (such as Google AdSense) may set their own cookies to serve and measure ads on public pages.
Service providers
We use the following third-party services to operate CleanQuote:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
Advertising
Public pages on this site may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
Ads are not shown on authenticated pages such as the dashboard, saved quotes, or pricing profile. Paid subscribers do not see ads.
Data retention & account deactivation
Account data and saved quotes are retained while your account is active. If you wish to deactivate your account and have your associated data removed, email trycleanquote@gmail.com with the subject line “Account Deactivation” and we will process your request within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
